During the initial assessment, we will ask for some information about what happened, when it happened and the injuries you suffered. There is no charge for this assessment and no obligation to proceed.

If your enquiry appears suitable for referral and you agree to continue, it will be forwarded to our partners at Fletchers Solicitors Limited, trading as The Compensation Experts. The firm will carry out its own assessment before deciding whether it can accept your claim.

All claims accepted by the solicitors are handled on a No Win No Fee basis.
